Game horrible service

The worst online service I have ever experienced. I bought a smart TV online and it was delivered on the 21st of September the screen was shuttered when I opened the box. No one is responding or getting back to me it's totally unacceptable and inconvenient I will never buy from Game ever again or recommend it to anyone.
