Game horrible service

On the 26/02/2022 i bought a Digital tv smart tv device at game store at Jabulani Mall in Soweto, which i was told by Baile Molomo cashier that it has a warranty on 12 months. 11 months down the line it got faulty and i took it back to Game store, the i was told to go to customer service inside the store then Nomgqibelo Isac assisted me by testing the device and she confirmed that it's faulty but was instructed by the manager Thulabi Ndaba not to swap or exchange the device for me as he claims that it had a FORTEEN DAY WARRANTY where else I was told it had a 12months warranty. I am very desapointed at the service an i don't think I'll ever purchase anything from Fame ever again😡😠😠
