game horrible online services

I place an order on 7 Dec 2021 and have not received my delivery yet.

Since 16 Dec 2021 I have phoned 5 different times to their customer care line and got deliberately disconnected. I have sent 7 emails to their customer support email address no reply. I have opened support tickets on their website no replies found as yet.

This is the worse online service I have ever had.

Now i just want my money back but you can not contact them on any platform.
