Game ********** service

On the 28th November I bought things for my mom online and immediately they said delivery will be on the 5 December.5 December I logged a follow up request on their website and to date no one has contacted me.Monday the 5 I called online and spoke to Yolanda who told me about their delivery being 5 to 7 working days and I told her Game deceived me because on my profile they said 5 December.She then called the store and came back to me to say they are not answering as its after 16.30 and that Tuesday the 6th she would call them again and call me back with feedback. Yolanda never did that, and I am struggling to understand why she committed herself to doing that and doesn't do it.Wednesday before 11 I called Game and asked for Yolanda and was told she is busy.The lady who ended up listening to my query called the store and came with feedback that the items was despatched to the courier, I asked her to call the courier.She came back and said the courier says they did not receive my order, that despatched was only a system update.I am soo frustrated because we need these items!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
