Game stores are a bust. I tried calling to find out about a Bluetooth Bathroom Scale. Westwood answered 5 times and 5 times put me through to a department who just never answered. I asked them to speak to a manager and again 3 times it just rang without answer. I then tried Pavilion and the same thing happened 3 times and then 3 times with the manager not answering.
