GAME - HISENSE - NEVER PURCHASE APPLICANCES FROM THESE TWO!!!

I bought a fridge in 2019, Hisense repaired the fridge 4 times!! After several fights with them months later, they finally replaced the fridge in March 2021, the fridge side of the double door fridge has not been getting cold since 13 December 2021. Call after call to Hisense and Game Clearwater - Gugu the manager, NO assistance what so ever, Game keeps saying I'll phone you back tomorrow, tomorrow never comes!!! I have called endlessly this week and still battling! Hisense, I DO NOT WANT MY FRIDGE REPAIRED, I WANT MY MONEY BNACK, YOUR APPLICANCES ARE CLEARLY NOT UP TO STANDARD AND DUE TO ALL THE MONEY I HAVE LOST IN THE LAST MONTH THROWING FOOD AWAY, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER HISENSE PRODUCT!!! JUST REFUND MY MONEY!!! Your customer service is absolutely terrible!!
