Game / Hisense bad bad service!!!

I bought a dishwasher cash from them a year ago with a 3 year warranty. After a 3 week begging and mails a technician came out, and removed a part with the promise to be back the Thursday to replace it. It is now 4 weeks later and nothing has been done. I phoned and confirmed that during the technicians testing they filled the dishwasher with water that I now can not drain as the machine is not working, the stagnant water has now caused a smell and subsequently mould, I was promised a week ago that they will send someone to drain the water - NOTHING was done. I do not think it is unreasonable of me to now not be happy with a mouldy dishwasher.
