Game hindering my children ability to homeschool & pass the semester!

Hi I ordered overpriced HP 652 value pack which included ink (as other retailers were out of stock) & a box of paper on the 20th of April & was advised that it would be delivered within 3-5 days. I have received the box of paper but not the ink? My children have not been able to continue with their homeschooling and are falling behind because you couldn’t honour your delivery date? Please may I have urgent feedback on this order - if you are not able to fulfill my order please refund me immediately so that I can purchase this with a reliable supplier so that my children can commence submitting their assignments! I contacted your call centre , dm on twitter, sent emails and to date no one has gotten back to me.
