GAME HIEDELBERG, GAUTENG

Once again Game never fails to disappoint- this time it was game, Heidelberg in Gauteng. Wanted to purchase my son a tablet and was told that they require ID and proof of residence. I was able to provide an ID and business card and told them I could mail them further proof which was refused. I was then willing to purchase the tablet without a simcard and was told that I cannot which does not make sense at all. The floor manager Matshepo (if that is her name) gave me a telephone number that does not exist. They found a problem for every solution and it was very clear that they really did not want to do business. I went around the corner to another shop and got what I wanted. I wonder if they realize that their jobs are dependent on customers? Not the first time, but certainly the last I walk into that store. The arrogance was astounding.
