Game Heidelberg mall has the most ineffective goods returns process. I bought a Branantia iron that stopped working in just 8 months and comes with a two year warranty however becouse I don't have the purchase slip anymore they refuse to assist. I supp**** them with a purchase date and card number used for the purchase and still I'm not getting any joy. One of the service cashier told me I lost out. I refuse to have such a service over my hard earned money spent at this so called trusted retail store and buying one of thier so called trusted brands. I have lost all respect and loyalty from game.
