GAME HEIDELBERG / GAME EASTGATE : NO CLIENT SERVICE

On Monday 16 Dec 2019 I drove all the way from Heidelberg to Eastgate Shopping Centre to GAME East Gate in order to buy a bar fridge for my guesthouse. The reason for NOT shopping at GAME HEIDELBERG MALL is the fact that the sales staff are NOT helpful. Most of the time they would stand around in groups of three or more, watching a cellphone. A few of the employees were standing near, like in Heidelberg GAME, chatting to one another and continuing to do so. NO CLIENT SERVICE. Upon requesting where the bar fridges are, one of the employees was pointing in a direction and instructed me to go and look over there. He then continue talking to his colleague. I went to the product and requested assistance. One of the employees told me that this is not what he works with, I should get another man. I then asked if there is ANY ONE willing to assist as the product does not have a price on and I would want to know how much it is. The employee pointed across the show room and said to me that that man (who previously pointed in the direction of the fridges) is busy. That employee was chatting to another colleague which then later assisted a client. I could not receive any help, attention and/or price on the product. I left and drove 5.8 km to Hirchi's where I bought a bar-fridge. At Hirchi's I was assisted immediately. All in all the assistance, sale and loading of the bar fridge have been finalised within 20 minutes. What a pleasure. Conclusion: GAME Heidelberg or GAME East Gate: NO CLIENT SERVICE!
