Game Heidelberg complaint

Hi, I received a call to make payment to my RCS card by game So I went to Game in Heidelberg mall. I did not have my Game card with me at the time. So they made a phone call so I can have a certain number to make payment. They asked me for my cellphone number. The number on the system was wrong which I asked them the last time to fix and they did not. They asked a bunch of questions just because of my cell number being wrong. asking me my address which I gave them then they tell me my address is wrong including my email address is wrong. Now how do they expect me to pay if details on the system is wrong. My cellphone number, my email address and my home address. So I did not make payment to my RCS card. But I get phone calls to make payment before the 19th. I am really unhappy with the service, if i ask someone to go in and pay for me then there will be stories after stories. The lady just couldn't help me straightforward thus the reason i didn't make the payment.
