GAME HEAD OFFICE GAVE ME A FULL REFUND FOR MY EPSON 3 IN 1 PRINTER

last week i wrote a review about the bad service i got from Acornhoek Game Store.so today i'm here to tell you that game head office called me,and they manage to resolve the problem.they gave me a choice between a replacement and full refund,i chose a refund because i have already bought another printer from them 2 weeks ago.buying another printer from them shows that i still want to have a relationship with them.when i got to the store Rabelani(store Manager) and Simon(management) just walked away from me,but the Angel called Mokgadi managed to help me.THANK YOU very much Mokgadi and Game head office.
