Game have returned stock on their floor for resale

I bought a Heater during tge cold front as I was traveling and in a different City where the Guest House didnt have the aircon and had to keep myself warm.

To my surprise tge Heater newly packed in a Box contained another client's information with the Return note dated 2024. The name, number and Address of the person and signature are currently in my possession as it was placed in a supposedly New item box. The Heater was returned to tge floor despite being a return item. I have to always follow up the case and no sense of Urgency to the store that to date have my funds and I dont have any product to enjoy, I endured the cold in a very cold week during tge SA cold front in August 2026. I was orderd to share my address for collection or a refund but at tge time I was out of the country and coming back I was greeted with a Letter which Massmart confirmed and acknowledged my complaint. To date I am awaiting solution. I have proof of purchase and other supporting another person's details
