Game has the worst online shopping service ever

Appalling service at its best. I have been waiting for an order that was placed on the 10th of April. I was called by Susan who confirmed delivery on the 14th since then nothing. Game is not responding to emails, they don't answer calls or even respond on their social pages. I even went to the store only to be told that they don't handle online shopping queries because there's no proof of purchase. So what are customers supposed to do? It's been more than a week and I haven't received my order or any communication about a where it is. This is a **** of the highest. Give me my order or refund me. I am done with buying anything from Game Stores.
