"Game Has No Stock"

In the game catalogue there is a cellphone deal for 2 x A12 phones for R299.00 on Vodacom, valid from 25 August - 7 September. I went into Game Mall of the South this afternoon and was told that they were out of stock. There was no offer to see if any other Game store had stock available. I went to customer service and they told me that the staff member was meant to offer this assistance and that I needed to go back and ask her to check. I went back to ask and was told that all Games stores had no stock. 1) The add that I pointed at on the wall showed 2 x A12 phones for R325.00. dated July - 7 September which is incorrect. 2) Why was the add still up on the wall if there is no stock and 3)What sort of customer service counter do you have if they can't get off their behinds and assist regarding this matter. I am utterly disgusted by the blatant lack of customer service that I received today. Your catalogue states: "Our stores are well stocked for our customers, and we aim to provide a safe and secure shopping environment"....What a blatant lie!!
