Game has no customer care

I did done shopping at game and bought batteries at the till point of which a soft toy is suppose to come with it , this was at canal walk in Cape Town, they could not give me a toy and the supervisor had a non Chalant no customer care attitude and just walked off ignoring my complaint, I then made an online complaint where I got an email back but up to now no one has made contact, they don’t care about their customers
