Game has NO advertised stock & I'm sick of it!

So I decide to get a new TV. 50 or 55 inch Smart 4k. Google and Game comes up. I check the info and select 4 options.3 Hisense & 1 LG. I phone my closest branch (Bloemfontein) and speak to a saleslady. NOT 1 of the 4 available. I ask can I order one? No that's not allowed. I then chat online to a gent and he checks. No stock. So he checks o line. NO stock. So I phone their Customer Care and the lady does the same thing. Asks me to hold and she phones Bloemfontein and she calls back. Nothing but they have an option for me. I ask for the model number and she calls Bloemfontein again. Meanwhile I'm holding and the phone gets put down. So as she has my number she could've called back. NOTHING!!! I've had it with these companies who only use advertising as a drawcard and then attempt to sell you a different option. Surely this is **********!
