GAME GUARANTEE NOT WORTH ANYTHING

In June 2018 I purchased from Game, George, an "Out and About" large steel braai. Since then it has been used a maximum of 30 times. It is manufactured of such thin steel that the legs are now becoming wobbly and unstable. I returned it to Game on 2019-01-24, and even though the invoice clearly states "PRESENT THIS SLIP TO VALIDATE YOUR GUARANTEE", the staff say that the unit is not under guarantee. I requested to see the manager, Rudolph, but he was not available. I left my email address for him to contact me, but he hasn't done so.
