Game Groblersdal Bad Service

My mom bought a washing machine at the Groblersdal branch on the 20th January 2018, the machine was out of stock. We were told that the delivery to the store would take 2-3 weeks which we agreed to, she was promised that she would be contacted when the machine has arrived in the store. She was never contacted to this day, I made a follow-up on the first week of March and was told the machine has arrived and I can pick it up from the store. Due to the fact that we were dealing with a medical emergency we could n't fetch the machine on that day, so my brother went to fetch the machine yesterday, he was told the machine is out of stock and he will be contacted when it arrives. So my question is how long should we wait when we have paid cash and yet we have not received the goods? Had we bought this on credit and did not pay we would be bombarded with calls requesting payment yet you cannot fullfil your obligation to a cash customer.
