Game , Greenacres Store in Port Elizabeth

Bought a Flat screen tv cash at Game , at the greenacres in Port Elizabeth unboxed it and on the 14th day the tv stopped working . Went to game to report and ask for assistance , they told me to wait 21 working days . Waited for 21 days even when I wanted a refund initially. And they’re yet to come back to me .

The Game at the Greenacres mall not only failed to deliver on quality , they failed to deliver on service . I’m getting no correspondence back and I feel like this is grounds to take this matter even further . I refuse to let them get away with this .
