GAME Grand Central Cape Town

If FALSE ADVERTISING was a person, it would be GAME. Travelled to the first store at Canal Walk and was told that they're out of stock of the HP Deskjet 2320. Nevertheless, travelled to GAME GRAND CENTRAL CAPE TOWN. Had the worst possible experience. Firstly their website CLEARLY states that the printer is wireless which was the sole reason why I wanted to purchase the product. Only to find out it was not a wireless and I had to purchase an additional cable with the printer. I asked the staff member to go to the website and explain what had happened. She couldn't perform a basic function and provided the worst attitude ever, blatantly told me there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to the manager, she called a "manager" , further claiming there was nothing he could do. After hearing the commotion a lady approached me and advised she was the manager which was clearly stated on her badge and the " manager" I was speaking too, was indeed a packer for the store room. How disgusting. I have not even received an apology for the poor service and lies I was told and only told there was nothing they could do. Their website CLEARLY states its a wireless one. I will NEVER recommend GAME to anyone and I'll make sure of it. All my Social Media platforms will know about this. The worst experience ever!!!!!!!! STEER CLEAR.
