GAME-GOOD DEALS, NO STOCK

A friend & I went to purchase a 2 for 1 tablet contract(Vodacom) yesterday, after seeing the promotion starting from 7/7 to 10/8, in an advert. After our applications were approved and we paid the in store fee, when the sales assistant opened one of the boxes, the key board & cover that were included were not there. They then found out that they had never received the stock. We were then told that the stock would come in either that same day or today. At 9:30 this morning I called and they still did not have stock. I suggested they find out form the Mall@Reds branch, they did not have either. They said that they will let me know as soon as the correct stock arrives. Surely before advertising a product, the retailer should have the stock on hand, or at the very least know where the stock is!!!
