game give me back my money

Hi I bought a washing from game through their website on the 23rd of November 2018. I called the following day on the 24th of November 2018 to cancel the order cause the washing machine was too small at 9kg and ask for a refund, I even told the person who was helping me that I had bought another washing machine which is a 13kg through makro which has since been delivered.

I have since called your call centre again on the 4th of December, the 12th of December the person who was helping me said I would definitely be getting my refund on the 13th of December I waited and I didn't get my refund, then I decided to call again on the 15th of December and the person who was helping me promised to get back to me about the refund.

I'm still waiting for his call. I'm really angry and disappointed by your service, how can I wait more than 25 days for a refund and everytime I call I'm spending my own money. I'm really angry, this is money that should be sitting in my savings account and generating an interest for me.

You are making me lose money, while you are making money from my money cause it is sitting in your bank account.
