this is my third review on this topic re the washing machine.

its been an entire month and my washing machine remains unfixed.

i now request that a refund be done to me on the extended warranty that i had paid for.

i will use that money to get the washing machine fixed on my own.

Game Gateway.. pathetic really pathetic!!!!

well i do not believe that it does not fall under the stores jurisdiction. who offered the EW to me? did Mutual and federal do it? or did game? i purchased a defy washing machine from Game, am i supposed to be dealing with Defy? please, do not give me that stupid excuse. the machine is till not repaired and i am losing my patience with you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
