Game Gateway Shopping Mall

********** Customer Service From The Game Store in Gateway. On the 6th i went to this hop to get Bilbao Set of 4 chairs i waited for over 30 minutes to get these chairs. The box was previously opened and resealed i guess. The service was pathetic i advised thr store manager and he **** when he said he will follow up coz he ddnt even ask the names of the ppul who never interested in assisting me. On thr floor there was no colour black and they told me to go look for stock in front. But there was nothing i approached a female floor manager who she tried to help me but still the floor staff was not interested they ditched the trolley with the box of chairs and they ddnt even tell me to get it coz the left it on the floor and i had to see for myself that its what i requested. There is no customer service and its not the first time i complained about their service but there is no improvement.

I just called thr store again they are transferring me to wrong departments they dnt even tell me im being transferred.

This is disgusting im reporting a faulty chair with one part missing m not getting any joy! I wamt to return their chairs and get my money back i am ****ed!
