Game gateway pathetic

Bought a laptop and printer in November last year. The laptop started giving problems in December so i took it back to game gateway for a refund or assessment. I called the returns section the store manager even the regional manager but no one sames to care. I bought the items for my son to do online schooling which was brought to they attention.
