Game Gateway Mall

Game Gateway Mall is absolutely a terrible shop to purchase from, i have booked my printer in for assessment on the 09/09/2022. Today is the 19/10/2022 continuously calling and enquiring about the printer with no proper feedback whatsoever except they will give me a credit note and they will call me to pick it up.i even went to the stored wasted time just to get proper response. i called in today spoke to a lady at the reception area when i mentioned i will take this further she decided to laugh on the call this this the type of professionalism and customer help we recieve .
