Game Gateway makes makes false promises

Went in December 2018 to Game Gateway to buy a cadac gas cylinder with the cooker hood which was on special, yet again, Game has NO stock, got a call back voucher for the item, Got SMS in Jan ( supplier closed )and Feb 2019 that stocks on its way, 7 Months has passed, still waiting , went over 6 times to the store and got same response "supplier has not sent stocks yet " , called many times ( cost more money holding for a salesman " . The cost of going to the to store and the phone calls made , now cost more than the item, Load shedding came, went and came back, still no gas cylinder, Game just make promises that they can't keep
