Game Gateway- pathetic management s****s. Whilst I was in the store trying to figure out which plastic chairs were on special, the service consultant in that section then starts packing the chairs and when I asked him for the ones on special he replies that these are them and he just received a call to keep them aside for someone who will come in tomorrow but hasn’t paid. I then approached the store manager who responded that is how they work, I asked her what about me who is physically there, I took time out my day to come to the store but a call in customer gets preference, I then asked her for her code or conduct and procedures on call in customer which she’s doesn’t have nor did she have any ideas about... Game stores are so pathetic, it actually reminded me why I stopped shopping there.
