GAME Gateway Hides behind Ts & Cs (invisible Ts & Cs)

However this isnt the case as their employees look for every reason not to complete the pricebeat hiding behind its (clearly invisible instore) Ts & Cs.\

We found a 4.1l Phillips Air fryer on sale in Shoprite Checkers for R999 which was selling for the riculous amount of R2299 in Game and when we got to the till and asked for the price to be beaten, the teller called a su[ervisor who immediately said "the model number isnt the same as the one in checkers as he checked it" however the item we looked at was from Shoprite Checkers and not Checkers Hyper.

Then when he comes to the till and we show him the models are exactly the same, he then says no he cannot beat the price as their Ts & Cs state that they cannot beat the prices of loyalty programs even though the item was originally priced as R1700 at Shoprite and R999 with the extra savings card.

so i asked him to educate me and show me this in the policy which was no where to be seen in the store and he rudely advises me to go onlin eon my mobile (using my data) to read the policy. At this point i told him that its boldly advertised that they beat any price even this Black friday however there is no notice anywhere that they dont beat loyalty card discount prices.

I even called the store manage chris, who alsp after 15 min of debating was unable to educate me by showing me the policy. this whole incident took around 45 min and still there was no one who could show me the policy which makes me believe that it doesnt exist.

and to the supervisor who said and i quote "your perspective doesnt matter" you sir, really need to go for CX training.
