Game Gateway

Hi I trust you are well as I am not well at all. I bought a mag lamp at Game Gateway in June it only works for 2 weeks after that it was not doing anything. I went to Game on the 3rd of July the lady who is working at customer service told me that I must pay R350 for repairs, I asked why do I have to pay so much where by I bought the lamp for R250 I had to fight up until they take it back. But my cologue where we bought the lamp same day with her they exchange hers without any fight. So they took it and I went back today to collect it and I was being told it out of warranty how come it out of warrant where by they said it 6 months warranty. I spoke to a manager her name is Nokulunga and also Lushen they told me to my face that they cant help me and I must go. So my R250 is going down to the drain just like that. I am so dissappointed with this store where by it was not thr first time I am having a problem with Gamr Gateway. They once sold me a chocolate that had a mold. Is this the way you treating your customers?
