<p>I purchased a phone fromm game kollabade with the game insurance package. Couple of months later it was ******. I claimed the insurance, paid the excess and even paid in an extra amount due to the fact there was no phones in the same price range available. I was told the phone will be delivered between three and five working days. It is now almost three months later and still no phone. Every time I phone in I'm told its in the courier company's hands. It is unacceptable</p>
