Game Galleria Poor Customer Service
I bought a stove from Game at the Galleria Mall. My stove is still under warranty I called the sales consultant and advised him that i had my electrician to come out and connect my stove, however we discovered that one plate on the stove was not working which constantly kept tripping of my electricity. I logged a call with the sales consultant on Monday today is now Friday and still no one has had the decency of calling me to make arrangements in getting my stove repaired. I am most unhappy with the poor service.

15 Apr 2018, 10:42I am actually sick and tired of you people, 5 different people calling me and confirming that a technician will be coming out on Friday was a lie, no technician came out or even called. It is now Sunday, if thid issue isnt resolved i will personally throw this stove im your store. Your service is pathetic. You people have no damn urgency.
