Game Galleria Mall PATHETIC , DISGUSTING and ROTTEN SERVICE

PATHETIC , DISGUSTING and ROTTEN SERVICE - NO after sales service we are just being avoided and ignored. we gave a laptop in for repairs on the 18 September 2021 no feedback was given. we called after more than 3 months only to be told that we are going to be charged for repairs. Why hasn't nobody took the time to call us and let us know. we came to a decision not to do the repairs with game but we need to pick up our laptop. for two weeks now we are calling the store so very often its either nobody answers or if they answer they just take our number each time and nobody calls back to advise us if our laptop can be collected. VERY VERY BAD
