Game Galleria

I purchase a Hisense washing machine last year, it just stopped spinning i called in October 2023 Galeria branch where i purchased it and was informed they cant do anything as its 1 year old, while visiting pavilion Game and contacting Hisense they told me it as a 3year warranty i contacted Galleria Game 3 times and they said they will send a technician out its being 3weeks and still no as contacted me i contact the store again 15th March 2024 and guy sais he will get the department to contact me to collect and repair or refund but no one has, i had to borrow a old machine from a relative i think service is pathetic at Game or for even them to lie about the warranty i paid cash for my machine, please can someone from head office or customer care contact me to fix this problem as i am not getting anywhere with the store
