game gallaria birthday fail.

on the 26th of august we saw the game advert in the news paper and saw the specials game gallaria only and thought we would go on the 27th as it was late in the afternoon.on the Thursday we went to galleria game as i wanted the camera flash that was on special in the paper for R200(it said the first 30 customers)i did understand this.i walked in,the music was so loud we could not talk as you were not heard.walked to the back with the special paper and asked do you have the flash in stock,the guy sent me to someone else,that person did not know and sent me to another person.i asked that person do you have stock of the flash and showed him the paper and all i got in reply was \do you see it says the first 30 customers"and carried on talking to another guy.he was so rude.How must i know what number customer i am?i was so angry by that reply i turned around and walked away.i went and bought finish tablets and the shelf says R115.00 and we pay and they charge us R175 for the tablets at the till.they sent us to 3 counters to get our R59.00 back.almost an hour.no one knew what to do.i wont return to that game as they are rude"
