Game full of empty promises...

So disappointed with Game at Cresta Shopping centre. Bought a fridge and washing machine on the 25th and the said they would call to arrange delivery time for the 26th. I never received to such call, had to call them and the person who took the call told me he would enquire on my behalf with their warehouse as to when and what time are they going to be at my place, he promised to get back to me with feedback in a couple of minutes. Its the 27th today and I still have not heard anything from these people....
