Game : ***** is too easy!!!

On the 30th may a ***** transaction was done om my game account in a different province, after getting a police statement, and handing it in at the local Game, and waiting 21 working days.... its 2 months later and still waiting. I have to phone in every day hold on for 2 hours just to get " we have a lot of ***** cases thats piling up" wel..... how easy is it then to commit ***** at a game store!!!!! Ans me the customer has to be punished for gane workers *****ing!!!!!! And yet still no answers, no feedback, just excuses!!!!!!!!
