Good day,

Yesterday I purchased for R254.67 at a Pick n Pay store in Krugersdorp. SMS notifications show that 4 transactions went off when it was actually one purchase.

A similar thing happened at Pick n Pay Cradlestone for R134.97 on 5th March. A supervisor told me that it would be reversed after 24 hrs. This did not happen. Unfortunately I misplaced the R134.97 slip. It should not be a problem as you should be able to see SMSs sent to me from your office.

Today, 12th May, I had a credit of R1, 254.00 and purchased for R205.97 surprisingly balance is R766.00.What happened to R283.11? STILL WAITING FOR MY JAN, FEB AND MARCH statements. Please help me resolve these disappearing monies.
