Game ***** Department Useless

On 29 May someone bought on my Game account. I reported this immediately. After jumping through hoops sending them all the required information a investigation was lodged on 4 June. I was told this takes 21 working days. I have in the meantime called and e-mailed them to hear the status without any success. One time the lady gave me a different number to call and this was someone at Sanlam who had absolutely no idea why his number was given. Thus I am very frustrated. How do I find out what is outcome is as 21 days is long gone!
