GAME FOURWAYS MALL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a laptop HP Intel Core I5 for R10999.00, the laptop is so slow, when I check the performance the disk is at 100% while there is no app running. I send it back to the shop, they took it for repairs for 21 days and came back with no fault found. they keep on saying the laptop is fine while you have to wait 30min just for the laptop to switch on and 15 min for explorer to open. this ridiculous even my old laptop Acer works better than this piece of machine IAM DISAPPOINTED WITH GAME FOURWAYS MALL.
