GAME "FOOT TRAFFIC TACTICS" MISLEADING ADVERTISING! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received an email about the specials for the 21-25 of May so I finally convinced my hubby to take us to go do shopping, it was before midday, I told my husband to keep our toodler while I go fetch the things I needed, go to the shelves and it's empty go to find a staff member and guess what I'm told " the special has ended" so I headed out to information only to find other consumers waiting to get assistance, while we stand there we watch how staff care freely go to tills with boxes of excello oil during the working period (we have photos and footage), when asked the store manager she acted as if she was surprised, yet we could not find anything, we then noticed they bringing the oil from the back yet store manager and staff told us its out of stock and the special has ended, as a consumer what I see priced has is what I will pay and nothing more(under the consumer protection act), this happened on the 21st I have not received a call from game yet, I did get a recall mail on the 22nd regardless they have advertised the price and I will pay the price. GAME SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH MISLEADING CONSUMERS JUST TO GET FOOT TRAFFIC TO THEIR STORES ESPECIALLY DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC!!!
