GAME FLEURDAL IS THE PITTS!!!

I bought an airbed from Game at Fleurdal in Bloemfontein on the 31/07/2026 and I noticed on the 06/09/2026 that it was now deflating when I wanted to use it. I returned it to the store on the evening of 08/09/2026. I was seen to by the store manager Nono and a gentleman who did not give his name and he was not wearing a name tag. The amount of disdain I treated with and the level of disrespect I expereinced from Nono was absolutely appalling considering her level of seniority in the store and the company as a whole. She had no regard for how far I had travelled or the inconvenice I had experience for something that was clearly a factory fault. I now have to go back today and when I call the store to find out what the verdict is, I cannot get a clear answer. Game Fleurdal, your service is PATHETIC and your staff and management even more so!!!!! MXM
