Game Fleurdal Bloemfontein poor service.

On the 30th JAN 2022 I bought a bicycle for my daughter at Game Store Fleurdal Bloemfontein. The bicycle operated for less than three weeks and the pedal mechanism didn't work at all. I went back to the store to report a fault on the bicycle only to be told that there is no warranty at all on it. The manager was rude and did not even provide guidance on resolving my matter. I'm not sure how true is this, but my money cannot go down the drain over a mechanical fault and being told of no warranty policy. Please advise on the way forward since I have been expecting a call from the area manager till today none is received. As advised by the Manager, i can go and fly a kite, Game Fleurdal Bfn wont accept nor assist me with these purchase. I feel strong that Game should indicate all their product which ones have warranty so that we know what do we engage ourselves with.
