Game Fleauredal. Not good customer experience Useless Shanise Reddy!!!

I was at Game Fleurdal Bloemfontein. I was assisted by Shanise Reddy. Was was not customer Freddy and rude. She has bad manners and does not care about customers. She does not belong at Game store. She has a stinking attitude.

Instead of telling us that my wife should update her details on TV license, she just told us she's not gonna assist us until we were told by a lovely lady by the surname of Lebeko that we need to update with TV license.

It was not the first time buying a TV at game with the same TV license. It really amazed us.

But that Shanise Reddy is gonna make game loose loyal customers. I believe Makro will give us much better customer experience that that useless customer Shanise Reddy at Game Fleauredal.
