Game festival mall

I'm so disappointed with Game staff and Management. The line is too long and theres only two cashiers working. We asked one of the staff where is the manager and he showed us and the manager. We asked her why there's only two cashiers working and she did not even answer nor give us attention. She just continued with her way.
