Game festival mall

To say that I'm frustrated angry disappointed in Game festival mall is an understatement! At the beginning of March 2025 I returned a Samsung 42l microwave that I had bought in November 2024. I was told that I would have to pay R350 to have it repaired and it takes 21 working days. So I waited until endnof march hoping to hear back from Game but of course nobody contacted me. For the month of April I've been calling weekly to find out what is going on first i was told that they didnt receive my 350 payment which was weird because i had emailed the pop twice! and every week is oh next week so on Friday I finally lost the last of my patience and was told I would receive it Saturday 26 April. Today is the 30th and i still do not have my microwave I'm ready to open a police report for theft because this situation is beyond ridiculous!! Either give me the microwave or my money back
