GAME FALSELY ADVERTISES STOCK AND THEN KEEPS CLIENTS WAITING FOR REFUND OVER TWO WEEKS

I purchased a Samsung A12 on their site which said they had stock, only for my whole entire order to be cancelled. No explanation why the order was cancelled nothing. I phone them and they say they didn't have stock but promise me that other shops have stock and they will try to resource the product for me. I keep emailing them and phoning them but they keep me waiting for TWO entire weeks, and then tell me that they can't get a product for me, there is no stock. So I told them I want a refund but now they are keeping me waiting over a week for my R2999 which is due to me. I have been phoning them every day and they keep on promising my refund will be sent. This is disgusting. Poor customer service. The time waiting for one's own money from this company is Ridiculous. I will take legal action soon if I don't get my refund. I'm not going to wait weeks on end for my refund. They advertise falsely. Keep clients waiting ridiculous long periods of time. Customer service is rated O.
