GAME FALSE ADVERTISING -STOCK AVAILABLE WITH ONLINE PURCHASE -YET NO STOCK BUT BILLED WITH PROMISE OF DELIVERY WHEN TOLD COMPLAIN OMBUDSMAN

Placed order online 10 Mar 2020, still waiting delivery 20 March 2020. When enquiring on 13 March why order still shows in process I was told delivery takes 3-5 working days but system also shows stock issue. Stock will only be received on Tuesday 17 March. Obviously I objected to this since online said stock available when placing order. Case escalated - nothing happened except them contacting me to say they can credit me- I wanted my a better solution as I'm loosing out on R1000.00 saving. I enquired 17 March was told stock will only arrive 27 Mar . Not acceptable requested management to call - nothing happened then I said report to Ombudsmun and next day I received sms and email stating my order has been dispatched and courier will confirm delivery. NO delivery
